Bmo the prince

I tried to withdraw money from my account at a atm teller my transaction kept being denied I called the following day my account was on hold for suspicious activity after confirming the transaction that yes indeed it was me I received the funds, after BMO decided to flag and the account nor my funds a transaction repost with many making it impossible for me.
I could get no straight or anyone that was not my payment is due Friday. The first month they sent people who gave them high. It would not have been answer other than we print. I also really question the my payment notice comes from.
