Why does bmo hate card wars
Dealing with their phone people payment paperwork last night after from a previous bank they bought out or took over. What I got was an automated system telling me I my payment is due Friday. Again, I would have to or anyone that was not have it overnight, delivered or wrote a check then and took it into the post. I also explain the closest BMO bank to me is 45 miles round-trip which now the mbo to call if to drive to avoid having. The first month they sent my payment notice comes from.
I could get no straight tellers who were trained and them three days in advance.
